The RCDome is a multi-database human gene atlas of regulated cell death — here is how to read it, question it, and mine it.
A label-error benchmark measured the agreement between the independent classification layers on their shared labels and arbitrated 7,905 label-disagreements (role 320, direction 935, mechanistic 6,650) on 7,831 unique pairs with an independent vote and a human curator verdict; all pairs adjudicated the delta round (Supplementary Note S2). A semantic-contradiction audit found 337 internal contradictions (237 DeepSeek and 100 Consensus) and repaired all of them by conservative downgrade-only rules, with 0 remaining on re-audit. The 53 RCD entity descriptions were verified claim-by-claim against their cited sources: of 2,812 claims, 2,672 are supported (95.0%) and 140 were removed, leaving 2,129 references with no orphan citations, no duplicate DOIs, and no broken entries (Supplementary Note S8). A clickable-reference integrity benchmark (n = 100, seed 42) confirmed 100% accuracy, 100% link resolution, and 100% correct-paper specificity (95% CI 96.3–100% each).
